Bird of paradise - Poem

You can kill two birds with one stone,
Very often when all alone,
But there is a modicum of truth,
In the fact that,
Life is precious.....
Albeit Avian.
For who can doubt that,
Our feathered friends,
Though humans claim,
Are dumb...
Are blessed with the power of flight,
With bodies so light,
That they float with seamless ease,
Like artists on a trapeze,
In worlds azure.
But may I add,
Still demure,
Like a traditional Indian bride,
Whose ever-radiant mien,
Is testimony to the fact that,
Love is like a lien,
That lasts life long.
When God gave the bird its wings,
It also let it sing,
Truly Nature is manifest for sure,
As stated before,
In these worlds azure.
Then what is Man,
A Biped creature that boasts,
Not too often,
And refuses to soften its stand,
That all creatures under God's Sun,
Are as much in the run,
As creatures of choice,
For a place in Noah's Ark....
When Armageddon comes.
Prophets of yore,
Let your spirits soar,
Into the heavens above,
Amongst the denizens of the skies,
On pedestals so high,
That on terra firma below,
Life seems so slow.
Reach for the skies mere mortals.
Stretch out your arms,
That you may feel,
Like you are in the stratosphere,
Exult in pleasure so rare,
That you may dare, if once,
to say......................
I am like a Bird. Adieu. So Sorry. So true.

Chess blogging - Chessbase is back with a bang !

In view of my keen interest in UI for applications and websites, I feel it necessary to promote an investigation of the new play-chess interface on www.chessbase.com . * It is minimalistic * Allows you to play as Guest * Allows you to choose from different time-controls * Allows you to test your skills vis-a-vis opponents from across the globe Have a look at this interface, that is impressive from a UI developers point-of-view, and very conducive for a chess player to test his wits !  Whoa !  😇😇😇

B Trees🌲🌳🌴 databases and CHESS☺

Binary trees are a specific version of decision trees that have two nodes, one parent and two children, and this concept is used in database programming with relational databases like SQL server for creating in clustered and non clustered indexes. Alpha beta pruning together with B tree searches makeup the basis of chess programming. I have played a program that reached its thought horizon and then had a bizarre response inspite of  having an advantage of one pawn♟️
