Consider the following Google search strings -
1. number of christians in the world - returns a summary with obsolete data from 2010
2. number of christians in the world 2016 - returns a summary with obsolete data from 2010 (same as 1).
3. number of christians in the world 2017 - does not return a summary at all

Why is there this anomalous behavior ? (summary in the first two cases, no summary in the third).

What trigger the display of such an infobox, is unknown. There seem to be no solid pattern to its display, and the result being promoted in it, seem even more random.
I suggest you ignore the box as being an annoying Google quirk ๐ข๐ข๐ข, and get on with your searching.
