Google Bug : This one takes the cake😈😈😈

Refer the first graphic. The Yahoo, Big Basket and GMail tabs are open in the same browser instance. All are in English. When I open the Google Search tab the language has a link in Telugu. 

How does Google explain this ? 😈😈😈
